1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY

I will review the questionnaire you submitted and reach out with any follow-up questions.

1 DAY BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY

You will recieve an agenda for the VIP Day.

THE DAY OF

I will spend 2-3 hours with you reviewing the details of your booth and goals for the event. The call may not take the full amount of time but I ask that you make yourself available to answer questions. Otherwise, I will work on organizing the details of your booth plan.

48 HOURS AFTER

You will have a booth plan sent to your inbox!

Then you have 10 days to reach out for clarifying questions via Voxer or email.

WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?

The VIP Days are currently priced at $1000.

Please note, your invoice must be paid in full before the day.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

Event Planning VIP Days are often booked 6-12 months prior to the planned event date. I recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure proper marketing and execution of the event.
