Exhibiting at an event can be a gamechanger for your business. But not being prepared can cost you alot of money.
How it works:

Complete a form to give me information on your tradeshow and needs.
WITHIN 24 HOURS
You will receive a proposal to confirm the service via email and a link to schedule a planning call.
1 WEEK BEFORE OUR PLANNING CALL
I will review the information you submitted and reach out with any follow-up questions.
1 DAY BEFORE OUR PLANNING CALL
You will recieve an agenda for the planning call.
PLANNING CALL
I will spend up to 2 hours with you reviewing the details of your booth and goals for the event. The call may not take the full amount of time but I ask that you make yourself available to answer questions.
48 HOURS AFTER OUR PLANNING CALL
You will receive an action item list for next steps.
ONSITE
I assist as your onsite point of contact for your vendors and the Show during setup and teardown. Ensuring your setup and teardown plans go according to schedule.

Q: WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?
A: Your onsite logistics can be handled at just $2000.
Q: HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?
A: I recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Q: IS THIS SERVICE ONLY AVAILABLE IN LAS VEGAS?
A: Based on availability this service can be offered outside of Las Vegas, there will just be travel costs associated.
Q: WILL YOU ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOOTH PLAN?
A: During our planning call I can answer any questions you have based on my 20+ years in the industry.
Q WILL YOU ASSIST WITH SETUP AND TEARDOWN?
A: I will coordinate with your vendors to ensure setup and teardown go according to plan. This service does not include the labor or carpentry involved with setting up and dismantling a booth.
Q WILL YOU ASSIST WITH PRE-PLANNING NEEDS?
A: Preplanning isn’t included in the “Booth Concierge” service but booth coordination and planning is available at an additional cost.
